Charge3 won’t vibrate or send goal alert

Ever since the update, my charge 3 stopped vibrating reminders and doesn’t notify me when I reach my 10,000 step goal. Yes, I restarted and yes I tried to change goal, sync and then change it back.

I have the same problem! Reminders of other messages do reach the charge 3, but it does not vibrate. I've tried restarting the fitbit and my phone, disconnect/connect bluetooth, disable/enable notifications in the fitbit-app. For me it's also since the last update....

Exactly the same issue. Phone calls not being notified and also no notifications for step goal

I just got off the phone with Fitbit Support and was asked if my "sleep" icon was on.  It was.  So now I'm waiting for 9:50 am to see if my "reminder to move" notifies me.  I'm very hopeful and will report back as to whether it worked for me.  Yesterday, after talking to a support person it was suggested I looked to see if my iPhone had any updates available.  It did so that was another thing I fixed.

SEE MY NEWEST POST:  I DID GET IT WORKING FINALLY.  It is under the DND on your device. Turning it off didn't help me though.

Janiceann,  I phoned support again and it NOW WORKS:

There are two places to make sure the Do Not Distrurb (DND) and the Sleep modes are OFF.

One is the icon you will see when you push left from your clockface,

the other place is under settings on your device where again, you have a place to turn off the Do Not Disburb and Sleep modes.

Does this help?

Make sure your DND and Sleep icons are off on your device and then go to Settings on your device and make sure Do Not Disturb and Sleep are in the OFF position there too!
