Charged, but wont turn on ?

So i just opened the box and , synced it to my phone and charged it for a few hours while i worked, and nothing. The screen lights up and shows me the battery sign that its charging, but on the app it says the battery is full. is it my battery or is it my screen ? I tried turning it on and it doesn't do anything
