Charged it up good to go but can't pair my device

Hi I've not used my Fitbit for years. Charged it up good to go but can't pair my device. I need pin or/and passkey I've no idea what this is. Can anyone advise how to resolve.

How are you trying to pair it? Via the fitbit app or the phone's bluetooth settings (it needs to be via the app).

 

Do you still have your previous fitbit account details you can log on to or are you trying to start over with a new account?

Hi,

 

When I look for my fitbit on my phone to connect via bluetooth its asking for the pin. I have an old account which I have accessed but not sure what to do now. I'm not that tech savvy!!

That sounds like you are using the phone's bluetooth settings. What happens if you open the fitbit app?

If you log into your old fitbit account, you may find that the Charge is still setup to this account.
