My fitbit charger 2 appeared with a cracked screen, had it new in April 18 as replacement of first one that stopped working but fitbit refused to replace it. Looking for a replacement any suggestions, would like to replace with a more reliable brand.

@Ela22 A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your tracker's damaged screen. Support does follow the guidelines listed in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. Sometimes they offer other options but you will need to discuss this with them.

Very disappointed, with their customer service, not luck with Fitbit at all. See Email from Fitbit, copy below:

Our limited warranty provides replacements for devices deemed to have a defect within two years from the date of purchase. We do appreciate you as a customer and even though your Charge 2 falls outside Fitbit's limited warranty, we offered a courtesy discount so you can get back on track and continue working on your fitness goals.
Note that you can use the 25% discount to purchase, Flex 2, Alta, Alta HR, Charge 2, Versa and 40% off on Fitbit Ionic.
