Hi. I am trying to find out how to fix my Fitbit charger 2 plastic wrist band. One side keeps falling off at the watch side. I have looked at previous posts on this forum and utilize all of the suggestions, but the problem keeps persisting and it has been nearly 4 weeks. I am surprised I haven't lost the watch with all of my travelling around.
Can someone direct a for sure fix or at least provide me the direct link to a Fitbit assistance desk personnel. I would like to IM with someone so I can solve this problem. I can't seem to find a link to actually get help from a Fitbit personnel.

Hi @BlairM Sorry to hear about your band this link here will enable you to report a faulty band to Customer Support if your device is still in warranty.
