Charger 3 - Not charging, screen full black, green at the back not blinking

My Charger 3 has full black screen. I tried to put it on charge and hold for 15 seconds. It shows the smiley face for like 1 second and disappear. I remove it and put to charge again and nothing happens. Still it is black and the green at the back isn’t blinking either. I tried to hold power button for few seconds and I can feel 2 consecutive variations and that’s it. It still doesn’t work. I tried to plug in different ways like computer, power bank, main socket but hopeless
