Charger 3 Recieving notifications, not from iphones.

I only receive notifications from iphones. I do not receive any from android phones. How do I change the settings for this please?

Is it that you have a Charge 3 linked to iPhone and Android phone, and want notifications from both?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I didn’t right a clear question there! 
I have an iPhone. I have changed from an Altra to a charge 3. Now I do not receive text messages from android users. I did on the altra.

I’m still having issues with my charge 3. 
i now do not receive any notifications. My Fitbit does not notify me of a call coming in or any text messages. 
on my display it says that my sleep was not tracked but when it syncs it gives me sleep details. 
i cannot pair my device with my iPhone.

 Anybody any ideas please?
