Charger 3 screen frozen on time

I can't get my Charge 3 to go past the time and won't turn off when I hit the switch.  It turns off when I don't touch it for awhile.  However, I can't get to steps or any other portion.  It worked fine yesterday.  I have had it about a month or two.
