I have read and attempted all the things that Fitbit has recommended to get the screen to turn back on. I'm not having any luck with this. I'm so very disappointed and would really like a replacement. How do I get a replacement. Aware.

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. In the meantime, let me know if your Charge 3 vibrates when you put it on the charger.
Also, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

My charger3 does not vibrate when I put it on the charger. The troubleshooting steps I have tried are holding down button for 8 seconds. It has vibrated once but does not turn on. I have removed it from the charger and it is still blank. I have put it back on the charger for 3 hours and the screen continues to be blank.
