I am very disappointed in my Fitbit charger 3 battery life. I purchased this Fitbit to track my activity, provide notification, and for additional overall health 1.5 years ago. About 2 weeks ago, my battery started losing some life. Initially, my Fitbit would hold a charge for 6-7 days, however, over the last 2 weeks, it started holding a charge for 2 days, and over the last week, it will not hold a charge over 12 hours. After chatting with a tech last night, they walked me through update process, and I charged my Fitbit to 100% (around 12mid), this morning (around 8a)it was down to 80%; now (10 am) it is dead, and I have been charging Fitbit since 10a and it is not 12:15 pm and it will not turn on, but the app says it is fully charged. Over the last 2 weeks, I have tried all the suggestions steps to obtain maximum battery life: Bluetooth off, notifications off, heart rate monitor off, cleaned contacts, restarted Fitbit, updated, charge battery with recommended charger, and recommend time frame; no music, no apps. Actually, I am not using many of the features I purchase this specific Fitbit for just to try and get battery life, with no success. I was looking into replacing this Fitbit with another Charger 3 or possibly Charger 4; however, I should make this change because I want to make a change; not because my current device is not working properly. I am very frustrated, has anyone else experience the battery issue.
