Charger is not charging my Charge2

My Charge2 is at 10%. I hooked it up to the charger and nothing is happening. I usually see that there is activity. Today there is nothing. The Charge2 has been on the charger for ten minutes and it is still 10%.

I found the problem. I needed to plug the charger into a different USB port. Charge2 is now charging. Apparently the USB port is not working any more.
