My Charge 3 stopped fully functioning on Sunday. The screen has been unresponsive, was able to be restarted but then blacked out again. The heart rate light is always on and the device won't sync with app. When I try to turn it off/on from the charger, all it does is vibrate and then stops after 10 seconds. On Sunday night it did have the horizontal line across the screen and after holding the side button to restart that night, it finally did the smiley face.
I've only had it since last Thanksgiving (black Friday purchase). Not too happy it's already causing so many issues. Any advice?

Hi David,
I have followed your suggestions. I have tried the 8 second reset, the 15 second restart, etc.
My screen is black. It won't charge (that I can tell). But it does vibrate when I push on the side button.
I would appreciate any other suggestions. It hasn't synced since 7/27/20. I signed up for the Fitbit Heart Study on 7/21/20. I don't know if that affected it or not.
