Charger3 wouldn't stop syncing after 30 minutes. Now screen totally diffferent and runs continuously

Charger 3 wouldn't stop syncing after over 30 minutes so I stopped the sync. Screen display is totally different. Shows pace, large number of miles, thousands of calories (none of which reflect my activity. Tried to scroll every direction--no change.  Let it run down and recharged--no change.  Erased app on my phone and downloaded again--no change. What's happening and how do I fix it?????
