Hello @Debraperovich
Your time should reflect the same time as the mobile device you have your Fitbit tracker connected too. Have you changed your clock face on your Charge 4? Try changing it to another clock face, sync your Charge 4 and see if that resolved the problem if not try turning your Bluetooth off then on again. If the problem persist try restarting your Charge 4. You will not lose any data doing a restart. Look her to see how it’s done: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
