I had to replace my Charge 2 with another one after the battery stopped working. I removed the old Charge 2 from the app and added the new one. When I try to set up my Clock Face, it doesn’t show me any options. I have iPhone 8 Plus and running on iOS 14.6. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I’ve tried running the app while using data with wifi off and I’ve tried it with wifi on. Not sure if there is a glitch. Also, when I’m in the Customize Display screen, the text at the bottom is cut off and I can’t read it.

Hello @LiloRod and welcome to the Help forum. There is a current bug on the iOS app that is prevents users from changing the clock face from the app. Fitbit is aware. There is a blue pinned thread at the top of the iOS forum for you to follow for updates. In the meantime, log into your account at fitbit.com using a web browser. There is a gear icon in the upper right. Tap on that and use the dropdown to select your Charge 2. You can change your clock face there.
