Clock face not showing on Charge 3 screen

My fitbit charge 3 will not show the clock screen. I can get the smiley face and the battery bar to show when I hold the button on the side down.

I did let my watch go all the down in battery but I have charged it back up.

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not showing the clock face. Try restarting your device by following these instructions and also change the clock face.
