When I start the stopwatch on Charge 2 and my smartphone at the same time and run it for 5 minutes on the phone, Charge 2 stopwatch is approx. 20 seconds ahead at 5:20 already. Also clock runs faster than it should. If I sync Charge 2 in the morning the time is corrected, but around noon the time is already 30 minutes to 1 hour ahead of real time. Very frustrating as sleep data is also mixed up and exercise tracking is also wrong as workouts appear to be longer than they really are. This practically makes the tracker useless altogether.
Firmware is 22.22.55.2 and I have tried restarting and factory resetting the tracker. How to fix it?

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't keeping its time correctly. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device again, remove it from the account (account button, tracker icon then trashcan icon) and set it up again.
Let me know how it goes!

@AlvaroFitbitThanks for the tips, but no effect on functionality. Stopwatch still runs roughly 5 seconds per minute faster than it should. This is very frustrating as the time going wrong makes all other data too inaccurate to have any value to the user. Apparently it has been like this since the tracker was new. Any way to fix it?
