Cloudy face/ continous chays w/ coustomer service disconnected

I have been trying to chat with fit bit customer service to discuss a new issue I am having with my fit bit charger hr. I have been continuously disconnected and needed to start over.

The main reason why I am contacting customer service is because my charge hr has developed a cloudy face. I do not get it wet at all. I have tried to clean it and it does not come off. It looks terrible. I have asked for assistance. I have had requesys for multiple pictures and the. We are disconnected. I took screen shots of the conversation. This last time I was disconnectedI was put in a waiting line of 78 and then chat disappeared all together! I have only had my fit bit charge hr for less than 6 months!

@JulesGarza, maybe you should try just sending an email? You can just explain the issue there and attach the images that way.

My HR is only a couple of months old.  It too has   a  cloudy screen that i cannot clean.  What does everyone clean the screen with?

@pwong If your Charge HR is accumulating humidity inside, the best step is getting in touch with support, you can contact them via phone as I mentioned before or via chat to get a quick resolution to this.
