Hey all! I hope you are doin' fine!

For those who have posted some tips to connect your Fitbit devices with your Google Pixel 3, I appreciate you have posted them here, and sounds great that for you, those tips have worked!

Now for those who tried them out, but didn't connect, remember that, as this isn't a compatible device, it is not guaranteed that it'll work.

Have a nice day guys!

Hey @SunsetRunner, I hope you are doin' fine! ;D As you can see in this image, the Google Pixel 3 is not on the compatible devices list.

Those are the Google Pixel models that appear as compatible. However, if your Google Pixel 3 is working with your Charge 2, it could be 'cause the phone is under testing, which is pretty great, just keep in mind that you can expect that not all the features work as they should.

Have a nice day!

Thanks so much for that update @SunsetRunner! I appreciate the clarification. Considering that update, then you should have not inconveniences to sync. There is one thing that I'd like you to take into consideration, please make sure that your Charge 2 isn't paired with another device, and if so, please set it just with the Bluetooth on one device.

Keep me update!

You recently marked this issue as "solved" but clearly it is not ... posting links to dead end help pages does not count as "solved"  in my opinion.  My husband just gave me a Google Pixel 3 and my Fitbit Charge 2 is not compatible.  This is an issue that you are already aware of but have yet to resolve, unlike what it states here. Please work on this.  I have had all different versions of the Fitbit since its inception and I do not want to go without. However, I am not going to go buy a new one if it too will not be compatible.  Please advise when an adequate "solution" is available.

Let me give you a warm welcome to the Community @sarahs4802! The Google Pixel 3 is on the list of compatible devices, so you should not have inconveniences to setup/sync your Charge 2 with it. However, if you are experiencing them, please take a look at the troubleshooting in these help articles:

- Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

- Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Let me know how it goes!

You need to fix this and stop the horrible automatic reply it is not resolved I have two of the charge 2 not updating with pixel 3. I have to keep a 4 year old phone running in the background this is absolutely not a fix. How about a refund you remind me of Texas Instruments.

The pixel 3 is still not listed as a compatible device. You keep saying that it is, but it is not on the list. I find it totally unacceptable that Fitbit has not taken care of this yet!

Hey @CGonzo78, it is great to see new faces around! As you can see in the screenshot that was posted above by another user, it clearly states that this phone model, the Google Pixel 3, is a compatible device. However if you are experiencing either syncing, setup, GPS or notification issues, let me know and I will continue assisting you.

Have a nice day!

I do not see where Pixel 3 is listed as being compatible.  I saw screenshot but can't find it for myself.  I can sync with Pixel 3 but cannot get notifications.

Try turning your bluetooth off and back on, then go to your Fitbit app on
your phone. Check to make sure the notifications are set to ON and that
they are for your text messages not messenger. Send a test notification or
test call notification and see if it works. That worked for me.

Hope that helps

Is Pixel 3 is really compatible, how come there still isn't an option to track my steps within the app, without a dedicated tracker?
