Let me share with you that Fitbit is always working on and testing different mobile device to add them to our compatible devices list with our products and services. As it turns out, the Samsung Galaxy J3 Star is still not under such list, that said, you may experience certain difficulties. At this moment I'm unable to provide you with a specific date when this mobile device model will be added. Rest assured, Fitbit is always working on this. On the other hand, are you experiencing any concern with your Charge 2 at this moment?
