how can U connect the Charge 4 as an Heartrate Sensor to my Strava App on an Android Mobiltelefon.

To sync data between Strava and Fitbit you'll have to link your accounts: How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?

Keep in mind that only data with GPS will be shared between Strava and Fitbit.

Yes I know, but I will use my Fitbit as the Heartrate Sensor for my Strava App an to Connect the both Accounts doesn't Work for that!

As stated before, only the GPS data will be shared between Strava and Fitbit.
