Hi all!
I'm having some problems with my charge 3 connecting to my gps signal on my phone
The charge 3 is 53 weeks old and the phone is an iPhone SE
I've re-started, rebooted, uninstalled, re-installed all the apps and devices several times and have tried all the forum suggestions of doing so before I use my fitbit.
What started as a very occasional glitch several months ago is now happening on a daily occurrence. Around 50% of my bike rides and runs are briefly connecting at the beginning and then disconnecting when I am running / riding - getting very frustrating, as I'm not able to use it to see my progress.
Any suggestions beyond buying a new device? I wouldn't say its particularly old and its in pretty good condition, as well as my phone. I've also tried the watch with other phones to see if it was an issue with my phone's bluetooth / gps, however it does the same thing.
All help appreciated!

Hello @nickspencer, welcome to the Community Forums. We apologize for the late response, due to recent events affecting our operations, we're taking longer to respond.
I'm sorry to hear that the connected GPS on your Charge 3 isn't properly working, I'm here to help you.
To use connected GPS with your iPhone, make sure that Allow Location Access is set to Always for the Fitbit app. Besides checking that, I'd recommend reviewing the information provided here: Why ins't GPS working on my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps, let me know the outcome. 😉

I have this problem too and I have only had this particular Charge 3 since the end of January. I had another Charge 3 which worked for 3/4 months and did exactly the same. I was told that Charge 3s were having a few problems with syncing with iPhones. I think there may be something more than a few problems.
