My Charge 3 on Run mode takes ages to connect to GPS then once it's connected the play symbol shows but won't start. This means that my runs are not tracked and I don't get live data during the run. Please help!

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've been experiencing with the connected GPS on your Charge 3.
I was about to create a support case on your behalf, but I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and that they have helped you with this. If you have any further questions in regards to the resolution give, please reply back to the last email you received on April 29th so they can continue assisting you.
