Connecting to bluetooth/My phone does not recognize the Charge HR

Hi all,

 

I have a Charge HR and it has synced but will not connect to my bluetooth. I have done the reset, restart of my phone, bluetooth on and off.. my phone doesnt recognize it in bluetooth. I do not know how to solve this! I have a samsung s20 FE.

Try draining your Fitbits battery so it will completely reset. If that does not work, then go into your Fitbit settings and chose factory reset. Also continuously turn on and off your Bluetooth until it shows up. If it goes to last resort try buying a new phone or Fitbit.

Hey so I did the factory reset to sync it and that was fine. But no
Bluetooth. I will try letting the battery die and update.
