Connectivity Issues with I phone 10 MX

Charge 3 Fitbit device not connecting to the phone app. This was working fine until a few weeks back, now Not tracking heart, calorie amounts not being recorded, steps not populating, etc. Talked to a Tech and was told Fitbit still has to fix this with new programing. doesn't know when that will happen??

Anybody having this problem go to account screen/charge 3/ toggle the track all day button back and forth then go to home screen and it will temporarily track activities.You could also turn blue tooth on and off but you will need to pair your device again. This is easier however when the phone is off you will need to do this again to track activities. I bought this over a Apple Watch because I just wanted to track the basics. Should have stuck with the watch. Whats the saying with Apple--It Just Works!!
