Hello  the two pins that connect the fitbit to the strap appear to have snapped. It popped off my wrist while I was walking and there is no spring. I am not aware how they broke as I had not been doing anything in the minutes before except walking. 

 

Please advise. Thank you 🙂

Same thing happened to me last week. Almost lost it between two train cars when it just popped off. I’ve never even changed the bands before.

Same thing happened to me today while driving in a car. I thought it was the wrist band that needed changing…just discovered a spare wristband won’t be able to latch on anymore☹️

 

I bought a 3-yr product warranty however. I wonder if that would be covered
