Continuous auto movement of screen without tap

Sometimes (in a day or two) for 2-3 minutes, the screen starts moving automatically, without tap, from one screen (e.g. steps count with clock) to calorie count, steps, heart rate, different activities like treadmill, workout etc. It goes on for good 2-3 minutes and drains a large amount of battery within that period of time.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 screen scrolling without tapping it. This is odd but you can try restarting your device by following these instructions.
