Could an elevated resting heart rate keep my Fitbit from tracking my sleep?

I've been having some major health issues and one of the symptoms is an elevated resting hear rate. I've notice that my Fitbit has not been tracking my sleep since this all began. At first, I thought I had really not slept enough to give any data. But I know I was able to get some, although not great, sleep last night and it still shows "No Data". Is there any way to make an adjustment if this is the issue?
