They having disabled their email address, and their chat facility sending me round in circles with their "check you are not a robot" tool, I am at the end of my tether to get my Fitbit replaced under warranty. Having had numerous band issues over the past few years I wasn't expecting it to be easy, but Jees, can't they make it a bit easier for people to contact them?
All else fails I will go back to the people I purchased it from but it ought not to be so difficult when you pass over the cheap versions of activity monitors to go for a Fitbit only to find that a) the bands are worse than rubbish and b) they seem to prefer you not to be able to contact them.
