Counting floors and active minutes

I would like to know how it logged 15 floors and 31 active minutes while I was driving.  Not even an on- or off-ramp involved - just flat roads, barely any hills.  And there is no way to adjust it to the 1, maybe 2 floors I actually did today.  I'm not certain I can trust my total steps either.  Extremely aggravating!  It's disheartening to not be able to trust my Fitbit.

 

I just checked and I'll need to subtract 600 steps during that time as well.

Yes indeed.  Hopeless isn't it. This and very many similar comments over the years about the inability to delete steps, floors etc are just totally and arrogantly ignored by fitbit. Don't worry many, many users are equally frustrated and annoyed with fitbit IT systems. All waiting for a much better device from another manufacturer.
