My screen cracked a little over a year after I purchased my Charge 2 (no accident, I just woke up one morning with a cracked screen). Then about a month or so ago, my Fitbit started acting strangely--vibrating, going from screen to screen--I had to restart it constantly. THEN, a little over a week ago, the battery started draining quickly. Now it won't hold a charge. Since I purchased an extended warranty, I tried to file a claim. Ha ha! They won't honor the warranty because of the cracked screen. At least they are refunded the cost of the warranty, but I am so sad not to be able to use the Charge 2.

I was using an old Surge and decided to try my Charge 2 again. Now it seems to be working and even holding a charge. I didn't do anything but let it sit for a few days. Strange! I can live with the cracked screen. Thanks, Barb
