I have been reading the posts with great interest. I have a Charge 2 that also has a cracked screen. I haven’t dropped it and don’t remember hitting it at all. Like another lady who wrote the same, I am 64 and don’t do extreme exercises. I was trying to see if I could get a replacement screen which brought me to this forum and was very surprised to read that this lady (JT09) said she had been sent a brand new Charge 2.

Let me assist you with your damaged Charge 2 screen. Only our Support team can replace a device after they review the issue so please let them know about it. You will get an email from them.
