I am so furious with Fitbit. My screen cracked in a vertical straight line. It has not been misused and it’s cleary a defect. It is one month out of warranty and I’ve been offered a discount on a new one. In an online chat with Fitbit I was assured that their products are built to last! I disagree and it seems it’s an issue that they’re already aware of and I refuse to buy another one, discount or no discount.
I’m in the UK and wondered is there any supplier who can fit a new screen. It doesn’t make any sense, other than to Fitbit, not to be able to replace a damaged screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I appreciate the time you have taken to contact our Support team for further help, although, their response wasn't satisfactory for you. In regards of the cracked screen,, there is no way to fix it or replace it, that is why our team can only offer you a discount or if you still within the warranty, a replacement. There are different options for the users.
