I have two very large cracks on my Charge 2 screen, I know it is not water proof and do not wear it in the water, but I am concerned. It is under the one year warranty.

Well, I see others have had issues and the results are about 50/50 whether fitbit replaces the device or just says too bad. Sadly I fall under the the 50% that gets told too bad. I was disconnected in the first chat, because I took too long to get paper and pen to hand write my ticket number and take a picture of the damage, so I had to start all over with another chat.
I was offered a slight discount to apply to the purchase of another fitbit, but as mine is less than a year old, I had hoped for better results.
