Why is Cross country skiing not an option when I want to track my activity? It's an option when I go back an log a activity, but not as a shortcut. I have been using "Walk"-shortcut, but I prefere to use the correct one.

Hi, @Hatlelid, in this case the best way is to use "workout" as your shortcut. The workout option is designed to be editable so when you are finished you can sync it to your dashboard and then rename/categorize it to the activity of your choice -- in this case cross country skiing. It takes only a few seconds to rename your "workour".
That way your cross country skiing activities won't be muddled with your walks.

I tried to change from Walk to Cross Country skiing but I could not find how to change it.

Seems you can only change it in the logs in the Fitbit app. I'd definitely like to have Cross Country skiing as an exercise shortcut with GPS tracking support. Will try to suggest it in as an enhancement request.

This year US has won it's first Olympic cross country gold medal ever when Jessica Diggins came in first in ladies' team sprint free ahead of Sweden and Norway. This amazing feat should spur Fitbit into supporting cross country skiing as an exercise.

It would be nice to be able to have snowshoeing as an option for a GPS connected activity, too.
