Current heart rate in the phone app

Hi!

What's the best way to display my current heartrate in the phone app?  I use the Charge 2 while biking, and I'd like to have live feedback on my exercise intensity during my bike commute.  I can turn my wrist and tap on it and get that feedback from my wrist, but I have a phone mount on my handlebars and it would be less disruptive to monitor a live display on the open app.

thanks for any feedback!

Hi  @glaucuslet me give you a warm Welcome to the Fitbit Community. It will be a pleasure to answer to your questions.

I confirm the Fitbit app can show your current heart rate if you look at your dashboard while wearing your tracker.

To turn real-time data tracking on, follow steps bellow:

  1. Make sure your tracker is updated. For more information about updating your device, see How do I update my tracker?
  2. On the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon.
  3. Click Settings
  4. Select your device.
  5. Turn off the Live Data option.
  6. Sync your device.

I'll be around if you need anything else. Have a nice weekend! 😎
