So my wifes Fitbit charge 3 has vertical white lines and a faded screen. I cannot find a way of contacting Fitbit about this defective unit regarding a warranty issue except through a user forum. I’ve tried resetting the defective unit to no avail. Does anybody have a way of getting ahold of Fitbit?

Yes, I needed to get ahold of them for warranty but even the instruction manual didn’t have the number to call in it. I emailed and they ended up sending a replacement since it was still under warranty.

The screen problem is not uncommon. It happened to my 2 previous Charge 3. U was only offered a 35% discount on replacing it. Time to check other products as it’s annoying to always replace them. Apple time?
