Hi there,
Unfortunately, my charge 2s strap, where it connects to the fitbit computer have become damaged and a few crucial plastic parts that insert to the face of the fitbit have broken away.
What is the procedure for obtaining a new strap?

Go to the Fitbit store and by a replacement. Or go to Amazon, save a bunch of money, and purchase a band from their.
