Dark screen on Charge 3

Hi All,

 

my Charge 3 screen goes dark, and I cant seem to even see the screen for swiping across to adjust etc. I have tried this before whilst peering at the screen for ages trying to work out what was on it, but this time I cant even do that. It seems to go dark a lot, so much so I cant be bothered even using it. Very annoying. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Irene9. I'm sorry to hear about the dark screen on your Charge 3. 

 

Please make sure that DND is not active and that your device is not on Sleep Mode. Also try restarting it.
