My charge 2 is not paired to Fitbit.com anymore? It was working fine then it just stopped!

 Hello @LauraRash  are you saying that when you go to https://www.fitbit.com/settings/device your Charge  is not shown here? The Charge 2 should also not be shown in the fitbit app? 

 

If you see the Charge  I  the app and not I  fitbit.com them one of these are logged into a second fitbit account.
