Dashboard not updating!

The Dashboard isn't updating any longer. Steps, calorie counts nor stairs are displaying! Clearly a software glitch. Please fix!

Hi, my fit bit is syncing to my app on phone but not updating correctly. Only thing it is showing standard calories for no exercise.

The Dashboard isn't syncing with the device anymore; steps aren't displayed nor correct exercise intervals.

@Malka2, the dashboard not updating is not a software glitch that can be fixed, but as you indicated in your other post it is a lack of syncing the Fitbit tracker to your account.  The dashboard data is downloaded from the Fitbit server after you sync your tracker.  If you are unable to sync your tracker, that issue needs to be resolved before the dashboard will update. What are you using to sync your Charge 2, and what problems are you having?

@Louise2404, if the dashboard is not updating, and is showing only the BMR calories, that indicates that your tracker is not successfully syncing to the app.  You say it is syncing, but the lack of data indicates it did not complete the synchronization.  What are you syncing your tracker to, and what indications are you getting?

The mobile app is no longer syncing correctly with the Fitbit; This is not a singular issue with me- others are posting the same thing. You have a glitch - on your end. Please look into it. As of now you phone app is useless! The Dashboard will not sync.

Ok @Malka2 we now know your using the mobile app on a phone which would be a what?

 

In your app it will tell you when the last sync was, which was at?

 

Have you checked www.fitbit.com to see what it shows? If it is an app problem then the wwb based dashboard sl will be correct

The last time it displayed the 'step's is October 2nd; after that date it does partial updates only.

The last time the mobile app synced completely, with the dashboard displaying the steps and accurate calories was October 2nd....

@ohenrymary your posting in the hardware forum for the Chage 2 and asking about. but with no mention of. your dashboard .

Is this the dashboard on the app of some type of phone, a win 10 computer, or Fitbit.com? We know that some users are experiancing problems with individual tiles on Fitbit.com .

My exercise says 5 days (correct) and dashboard says 4.  One  of several update/refresh problems.  See picsScreenshot_20190727-213440.jpg

Still having this issue in 2021. Nice to see Fitbit has created a ton of additional content that seems mildly useful and engaging while ignoring core functionality. Trying to troubleshoot this syncing issue is beyond frustrating
