When I went to download my data, I got the "something went wrong." I tried the download on my computer (Safari and Chrome), and my husband's. I cleared the cache. I know that none of those things will actually fix it because it's a problem on Fitbit's server/service side, and it didn't work this time.
It seems that the the same problem that happened in this post: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Fitbit-com-Dashboard/Export-data-page-says-quot-Something-Went-Wrong... is back again. It seems that it periodically crops up from an internet search.
Can the problem be fixed, and can something be done so the problem doesn't return on a periodic basis?
