My wife charge 2 has the wrong date and time, how do you reset it please?

I also need to correct the time on my Charge 2. I set the correct time zone for CA but the time shows 1 hour to early! This throws off data, and makes a mess or alarms or notifications. How can I (we) adjust the time?

You reset the time and date by syncing with a device with correct data. To set Time Zone, go to Fitbit.com and click on the gear icon at the upper right and then Settings. Scroll down to Time zone and set it correctly. Then scroll on down and click on Submit and then sync your tracker.
