Days of Exercise per week

Hi,

I'm a bit confused as to how my Fitbit counts how many days of exercise I've done. My weekly goal is for 5 days of exercise. Sunday, Monday, and today (Wednesday) I reached my 10000 step goal as well as 30 active minutes, but on Tuesday I only did 6000 steps and 14 active minutes. However, it's saying I have exercised for 4 out of 5 days and I am almost at my goal - shouldn't it say 3 out of 5 days?

Thank you in advance.

Lesley

'Days of Exercise' is the number of days when you had an exercise session, either auto-recognized or started and ended manually in the exercise app.

It is totally separate from reaching other goals or steps or active minutes.

For instance, if you used the exercise app to start and end a 5-minute walk and just watched TV the rest of the day, that would count as a 'day of exercise'.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
