I finally found where I can set my week to begin on Monday instead of Sunday. I made the change then did a sync. When I did that my Daily Activity tracker on the dashboard changed to "Track Exercise" instead of showing me the count of how many days I've worked out. I can dig down and see it knows the correct number of days, but I like to view on the dashboard. Do I need to wait a week for this to work properly?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Akenta! Hmmm... this is weird. The change you made shouldn't had to affect the way your dashboard reflects your data. Are you still experiencing this?
Fitbit provides several methods for tracking workouts. Regardless of how you choose to capture exercise data, it's saved in your exercise history (called the activity log on fitbit.com). Tap the exercise tile on your dashboard to see your history and the details of any particular workout.
On your Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Exercise tile. The sides of the shape at the top of the screen match your exercise goal. Each day you exercise, another side of the shape fills in. You can also look back through your exercise history and see at a glance whether you met your exercise goal that week.
If you keep not getting this, I'd recommend doing the following:
Let me know if the issue persists, I'll be around!

My only problem was the front page of the dashboard displays differently if my first day is set to Monday. All the exercise data is there if I click on Track Exercise. Here is what my screen looks like when I tap Track Exercise (correct). Below is the front page screen - just doesn't show the number of days worked out so far, I have to tap to get the screen above to see the count. If I change back to Sunday as my first day, then I don't have to tap to see how many days.

I have the same problem but I haven’t changed the start day, the goal just isn’t on the dashboard anymore.

My problem got fixed. I had to change the day in two places: phone (Advanced Settings; start week on) and dashboard. I also noticed that the phone shows no activity until the first weekly exercise has been done.
