Hello
I recently received a fitbit charge 2 as gift and when tried turning it on it just doesn't work! I tried charging it through phone adapter as well as by plugging it to computer but it just doesn't respond! There is no vibration or response on device! Please help me as to how I can start this device!

Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 2 and thank you for trying to charging it. Is this a new device or is it second hand? Not sure if this may be a charging issue or a display one so I suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device to discard a display issue and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help your device charge.

@AlvaroFitbit I tried doing all that you mentioned but no success! The device is still not responding! It is a new device and not a second hand one!
It is not configured with fitbit app and hence I cannot restart it!
And all the other things are not working!
What should I do?
