Delay in shipping order, Support couldn't expedite it

Chatted with two agents online, called and spoke with two agents including Dania - the Supervisor in Charge whose supervisor does not take calls over a shipping issue.  The worst service.  They just kept telling me to wait for the shipment - almost 2 weeks after the order was placed.  No solutions. I even offered to buy a new one if they would overnight it - nothing.  Will get the Fitbit and sell it on eBay and move on to another fitness tracker and tell everyone about their poor service and lack of solutions.

Take a look around at the posts and then ask yourself why am I buying a Fitbit?  The batteries fail way too quickly and the straps fall off.  The company doesn't stand behind their products.  Get a cheap knockoff instead.
