Deleted account first, can not set Charge back to factory settings

Stupidly we deleted the Fitbit account first prior to un-pairing with the Fitbit Charge 2.  We have set up a new account but cannot for the life of me reset the Fitbit to the factory settings. From what I can make out the Charge 2 does not have a manual option like the older models 

 

Im pulling my hair out trying to find a solution.  Any suggestions welcome.  🙂

Have you tried to disable Bluetooth from your Phone? After doing so Shut down and go back in

Thanks Wendy  - sorry I should have put in the header it's a Charge 2 - which won't turn off / shut down  from what I can make out.  Im trying to sink it with a new account
