Deleting Silent Alarms on Charge 2

Hi when I tap on silent alarms I have, to delete them nothing happens. How do I resolve this please?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Sheila94. I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to delete your Charge 2 silent alarms.

To delete your Charge 2 alarms. On the Fitbit App:

1. Tap the Today tab >    your profile picture   > your device image.
2. Tap Silent Alarms. Tap the alarm you want to delete   > Delete Alarm   > Delete Alarm.

Hi. The problem is when I tap the alarm nothing happens, they are all light green not the dark when it’s set and I can’t change them.

Thanks for getting back to us @Sheila94. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to change your Silent Alarms.

To reset your alarms I would recommend setting up your Charge 2 as a replacement device. Follow these instructions: How do I set up a replacement device or add a second device to my account?
