Deleting a friend

Having trouble deleting a friend. Have done remove & blocked but this person is still there. Please help.

Are you doing this in the app? I just went into the Android app/community/friends and tapped on an inactive friend, then the 3 dots in the upper right and remove. Backed out and he is no longer in the list. If that doesn't work you could try going into the phone settings, find the Fitbit app and clear the cache.

@Diannejeanm It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that you can't remove this person from your account. As @SunsetRunner you can retry deleting this contact or clear the apps cache data on your phone. Also try logging out from the app/website restart your device and log back in.

Thank you. Still wouldn't work through my phone app. So went onto computer
& deleted through the web. Thank you for your help.
